Overview of Role
In this pivotal role, you will report into the Commercial Sales Director - lead and manage a team of three, overseeing pipeline processes, tenders, and bids, ensuring all submissions are completed efficiently and strategically. You will prioritise opportunities, manage workloads, and steer the sales team towards achieving the company's ambitious goals.
A key aspect of this role involves shaping and evolving Peppermint's unique selling points (USPs) to ensure continuous innovation and a competitive edge in the market. You will play a vital role in identifying new business opportunities across the greenfield events, venues, and sports sectors, actively driving innovation and bringing fresh ideas to the table.
