Our client is seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to drive the commercial financial management of one of their leading international divisions. This role offers an attractive salary range of £70,000 - £80,000 plus bonus, with the flexibility of remote working. As a trusted partner, you will collaborate with business leadership teams, providing insightful financial reporting, analysis, planning, and forecasting. Your expertise will guide decision-making processes, communicate timely financial performance, highlight opportunities, and support data-driven strategy development.

What you'll do:

• Lead the commercial financial management of a high growth international division.
• Work closely with commercial teams to understand the operating models and market environment.
• Provide analysis on reporting including actual, budget and forecast analysis across the P&L.
• Maintain appropriate cost models and ensure accurate costing of new business opportunities.
• Deliver robust financial models for complex business plans.
• Manage sales commission programs.
• Oversee financial processes including weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reporting.
• Identify risks and opportunities, quantifying their impact and supporting leadership in taking corrective actions.
• Collaborate with teams to build data-driven forecasts, annual operating plans, and strategic plans.
• Conduct additional analytics and support projects relevant to commercial finance and business priorities.
• Track and report KPIs, developing new metrics to measure success effectively.

What you bring:

• Substantial experience in commercial finance or a related field.
• Ability to lead discussions and present complex ideas clearly.
• Skilled in building collaborative partnerships with stakeholders across all levels.
• Proficient in handling large datasets with expertise in financial modelling (advanced Excel essential).
