Team Leader - Leeds White Rose

Looking for a leading role at Cineworld Leeds White Rose? The Team Leader role might be perfect for you. You and your team will be the face of Cineworld, striving to deliver an unrivalled cinema experience for all customers. Your responsibilities include providing leadership and support to team members, ensuring a high standard of customer service, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
  1. Cash Handling (Including Reconciliation)
  2. Food Handling and Stock Control
  3. Use of Technology (e.g., IT Systems, Till Operations, Telephones)
  4. Cleaning and Increasing Sales
  5. Maintaining Standards
  6. Dealing Face to Face with Large Groups of People
  7. Addressing and Resolving Complaints
  8. Induction and Training of Team Members
  9. Coaching Team Members
  10. Monitoring Compliance and Maintaining Standards
