As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm, and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will lead by example to support your team.

What you'll do

1. Set a spectacular example for the Store Team and customers
2. Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager
3. Lead and inspire the team to fulfill their potential daily, using our Leadership & Company Principles
4. Diligently check and work deliveries, manage the till area, and monitor KPIs
5. Be a friendly face for every customer, offering excellent service and assisting with queries
6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws, standards, and guidelines
