Summary
£36,000 - £44,500 per annum | 30-35 days’ holiday (pro rata) | 10% in-store discount | Pension scheme

As a Deputy Store Manager at Lidl, you’ll be cool, calm, and collected, getting involved on the shop floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities will include managing cash processes, monitoring stock integrity, inspiring colleagues, and taking ownership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager. You will lead by example to support your team.
