The Role

As a Junior Front of House Manager, you will be a developing leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and team members. You will support in coaching and developing your team, owning your shifts to drive performance.

Requirements
  • Passionate about supporting your team and maintaining high standards
  • Ready to run shifts, plan schedules, and coach on the go
  • Understanding of managing labour, rotas, and interested in learning about financial performance
  • Able to recognize and celebrate great performance on shift
