  4. Monitor, analyse, and report on sustainability performance, including energy use, waste diversion, and carbon emissions, ensuring data accuracy.
  5. Conduct site audits to uphold environmental standards and deliver on-site training to staff and subcontractors.
  6. Support procurement by contributing technical content for tenders and attending interviews as required.
  7. Assist with pre-construction and on-site sustainability certifications (BREEAM, SKA, LEED, WELL).

  10. Engage with residents and external stakeholders to promote sustainable living behaviors.
  11. Build and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, including residents, contractors, regulatory bodies, and advisers.
  12. Collaborate across departments to support delivery of the corporate plan and organizational initiatives.
  13. Champion continuous improvement, own performance targets, and contribute to a positive customer experience.
  14. Represent the organization professionally, maintain excellent customer service, and ensure compliance with equality, diversity, and health and safety policies.

More About You

  1. Degree (Bachelors or Masters) in sustainability, environmental science, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders including residents, contractors, and regulators.
