Corporate Partner - Suffolk

We are keen to engage with locally based and London based senior lawyers who are currently a partner or looking for partnership and who seek a better work-life balance without a compromise on quality of work.

The Firm:

• Our client is a leading firm who has a proven track record of supporting their employees to progress their career and develop their practice.
• We have been fortunate enough to work with this firm on previous hires, some being partners and senior solicitors from magic and silver circle firms; they choose this firm for their ambitious but supportive culture.
• The firm (a top 50 law firm) has increased profits and turnover (c. 10 million p.a) each year over the last 4 years, making strong strategic decisions that have assisted growth across all practice areas.

Role Headlines:

• Seeking a Partner to further grow their corporate presence in East Anglia and nationally, collaborating closely with the team, colleagues, and external contacts;
• Corporate is a LEGAL 500 TIER 1 department and has experienced unrivaled growth and success;
• Current sectors include Energy and Infrastructure, Food and Beverage, Healthcare, and Motor. We would welcome partners with experience in these as well as other sectors;
• The team advises on all aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and disposals, acting for sellers and buyers, management teams, and private equity and venture capital funds;
• Commitment from the firm to further grow and support this hire with senior associate and associate support in place, as well as a budget to hire if required.
