We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.

What will you be doing?

Responsible for the design function for a key account, you'll be assessing, scoping, and defining design delivery across the programme. You'll develop and embed ways of working in the design team; leading continuous improvements in time, cost and quality within the programme team. Ensuring that best practice is adopted across all elements of the design function. You'll manage design suppliers, driving improvements in quality and cost. You will be accountable for all health, safety, environmental and quality factors of design deliverables. You will be responsible for line management of design staff within the programme team; leading and developing design resources, running staff appraisals, and managing talent development. Additionally, you'll manage all cost and revenue aspects of the design function for this key account, maintain the customer relationship for design deliverables, deliver client updates, manage client feedback, and maintain positive client relationships.
