Job description

We are a global marketing agency that has gone from start-up to multi-national in little over two decades. Our success is due to a combination of factors: talented people using the latest technologies to deliver award-winning campaigns, expanding client relationships into new markets or services, and strategic acquisitions and organic new office openings.

At the heart of the business is the TEAM LEWIS Foundation (TLF), a charitable entity funded by TEAM LEWIS. The TLF makes grants to charitable organisations that promote social, cultural, economic, and environmental causes. It aims to strengthen the bonds between the marketing industry, businesses, governments, and non-profits. The TLF has supported over 2,000 causes, with community charities championed by TEAM LEWIS’ employees who volunteer their time and skills to maximise the grants’ effectiveness.

Purpose of the role

We are excited to be looking for an Integrated Campaign Director, a strategist that challenges the norm, wants to push the creative brief, and delivers award-winning work. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working side by side with the creative team or presenting strategic marketing recommendations to clients. This role will provide horizontal planning and strategic support across key accounts in business and branding projects.

You will develop best-in-class insights, defining brand strategy, supporting integrated execution plans, and new business.

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting new and existing business and accounts with insight-led strategies
  2. Producing cohesive and intelligent plans to bring success to campaigns and new business
  3. Generating original ideas with other members of the team to drive creative outputs
  4. Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them across clients and accounts
  5. Promoting the role of Insights, Strategy, and Planning across the agency
  6. Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives
  7. Researching and gathering data to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients and prospects

About you

You will be a problem solver and creative thinker, passionate about delivering great campaigns and work for your clients. You will be a confident presenter who is able to deliver independent ideas and drive others around them to think more strategically and creatively.

  1. Experience working within integrated marketing or brand/design focused agency
  2. Experience working with in-house design, copy, and execution teams
  3. Exposure around research, distillation of insights, and creative briefing
  4. A thorough understanding of branding and execution across all marketing channels, being creative and analytically minded, and being on the pulse of current cultural topics
  5. Experience working with B2B clients would be helpful
  6. Enjoy engaging with and presenting in front of senior client stakeholders
