Job description

WANTED, experienced Production Manager for our cake factory based in Bala, North Wales. You will have experience of working within food production in an FMCG setting, preferably within the bakery sector.

This role is a night shift position working 6pm - 6am Monday - Thursday nights.

As part of a team of 2 Shift Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day factory operations, including output, staff development, yield control, waste reduction, technical and quality standards, and driving operational improvements through gathering and analysing data.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  4. Production scheduling and output

  8. Product trials and launches
You will have the following qualities:

In return you will receive:
  • A salary of GBP42,500 per annum.
