The Role

As a Client Relations Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. Your main objective will be to maintain and enhance client relationships, drive customer loyalty, and support business growth through excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Proactively address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products/services.
  6. Gather client feedback and relay insights to improve our offerings.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
  8. Prepare reports on client activity and satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  1. Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in sales, customer service, or account management.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  7. Willingness to travel around the country.
