Job Title: Regional Sales Executive

Location: Shropshire (Shrewsbury, Wrexham, Telford, Wolverhampton)

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (Subject to Experience), Plus Bonus & Commission Scheme, Profit Share Bonus, Company Car, Phone, Laptop, 25 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays, Company Pension.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Regional Sales Executive to join a well-established, reputable Powered Access organization with a strong national presence. The role involves driving new business sales within your territory and nurturing existing client relationships. You will be supported with a highly incentivizing bonus structure to maximize your earnings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales leads and generate revenue regionally
  • Build and understand customer needs
  • Manage and develop existing accounts for repeat business
  • Demonstrate and present products and services
  • Negotiate sales deals and contracts

Requirements:

  • Experience in Sales Executive, Outbound Sales, or Hire Controller roles
  • Experience in Tool Hire, Plant Hire, Powered Access, or Construction Hire/Rental industry
  • Confidence in building relationships
  • Valid Driving Licence
