Construction Planner – Complex Projects!

An interesting opportunity has come up for an experienced Construction Planner to join an international construction business that takes on large, high value projects.

The successful Planner will be responsible for supporting project teams during the pre-construction phase by developing and managing project schedules, tenders, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring efficient planning to achieve project goals.

You will lead in the development of the tender baseline contract programme, covering all aspects of design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover, as well as the preparation of a construction programme and tender event programme for the procurement of subcontractors.

Experience and qualifications:

• Strong experience of large and complex construction projects
• Solid Primavera P6 experience
• Good experience with tendering
• Ability to create programmes from first principles
• Excellent communications skills in English
• Relevant Degree, Diploma, or relevant qualification
• Construction management qualifications
• Data Centre experience desirable
