Job summary

Role and Responsibilities
  • As a valued member of our team, each Female Support Worker helps deliver the quality of life that people with disabilities deserve. You will support our service users to reach their full potential.
  • You will help ensure that Walsingham Support's care is of high quality and person-centred, tailored to the needs and lifestyles of each individual.
  • It is your duty to maintain a high-quality environment for those we support.
  • You will work from a care plan, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, housekeeping, providing emotional support, social interaction, and community activities.
