Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Hampshire Care Association is one of the largest local membership organisations for registered providers of social care in England. We aim to offer our members a wide range of benefits and lobby key organisations on their behalf. Direct experience in the social care sector is not essential but you'll need to be able to relate to the needs and concerns of the organisations we represent.

We are looking to someone to work with the Board to lead the organisation, and steer it's continuing growth over the coming years. This is an exciting time for Care Associations in the South East, with some major projects being delivered at local and regional level, and we want to make sure our members are at the heart of this work, and to continue to grow our membership.

This is a wide-ranging position with good potential to shape our strategy andto make a genuine difference to care providers in our area. No two days will be the same, but we can promise our board is supportive and team are keen to make us the best we can be. If you are a proven leader able to turn your hand to anything and with a broad skillset then we'd love to hear from you.

This is a new post which is envisioned to be full time but the board is open to discussions about flexible working arrangements with the right candidate.
