1. Defining value proposition, product strategy, and go-to-market plans
2. Scaling programs regionally and globally
3. Managing cross-program strategic efforts with other areas
4. Managing the P&L and resources related to the products.

Role: Product Manager Training Events

The primary responsibilities of the Product Manager are to:

• Identify training event needs, define value proposition, pricing, and go-to-market strategies globally (core, services, value-added)
• Engage and collaborate with Consulting, Delivery, and Network teams to leverage skills, develop, and deliver high-impact trainings
• Create, participate in, or review sales materials and engage with regional teams to enable product roadmap, implementation, and demos
• Identify trainer needs and coordinate the formation of a broad base of expert trainers across relevant regions
• Gather, assess, refine, and prioritize Mastercard product requirements, coordinating with stakeholders to improve value propositions
• Evaluate results and define strategies to optimize capacity, attendance, and satisfaction scores
• Collaborate with Learning Designers to create interactive elements, simulations, certifications, etc.
• Oversee and manage the P&L of training events and growth targets in collaboration with stakeholders
• Act as a passionate advocate of the product vision and the voice of the customer throughout development and implementation

About You

• Experience managing global projects and executing multiple initiatives impacting programs
• Exceptional project management skills in cross-functional environments
• Knowledge of payment technology and finance topics
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure plans are followed
• Confidence to advocate for projects and hold the line with internal teams
• Excellent relationship-building, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in presentation and office tools
• Consulting experience is a plus
