The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in B2B participant recruitment, possibly from a freelance or fieldwork centre background.

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position, with potential for career progression into managerial roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and recruit senior-level professionals (primarily B2B) for qualitative research studies.
  • Manage multiple recruitment briefs simultaneously, collaborating closely with the project management team.
  • Utilize various channels such as LinkedIn, databases, forums, email, and phone to find and engage participants.
  • Coordinate across multiple projects at different stages, adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
  • Support quantitative recruitment activities, including distributing survey links and web recruitment.
  • Contribute to process improvements as the team scales.
About You
  • Experience recruiting for B2B qualitative research, either in-house or via a fieldwork agency.
  • Ability to handle multiple live briefs and switch between projects with competing priorities.
  • Confident in digital and phone engagement with senior professionals.
  • Resourceful and curious, skilled at finding niche audiences.
  • Willing to work on UK and US projects, with flexible hours as needed.

Applicants must reside in the UK, be willing to commute to London 2-3 days per week, and hold a valid UK work permit or visa.
