You will lead the production operations in the Plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is implemented effectively and strive to build a high-performing organization.
How you will contribute
You will:
Manage change and transformation initiatives within the Operating teams, including the implementation of IL6S - Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF - Factory of the Future, and roles such as Autonomous Maintenance (AM), Progressive Maintenance (PM), and an integrated 6-star model to develop self-sufficient teams. Role model values and principles through coaching, mentoring, and team development.
Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Coach line leaders, communicate plans and targets to employees to ensure alignment and understanding of priorities and KPIs.
Establish and maintain strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and pursue continuous improvement. Drive the team to identify and manage improvements in technology, culture, capability, and operating systems to ensure reliable, best-in-class operations.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, including quality, food safety, GMP, health and safety, security, environment, sustainability, and internal policies. Regularly review and monitor effective implementation.
Lead talent management, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives. Attract, retain, and develop critical talent, building a sustainable workforce. Collaborate with cross-functional peers to achieve objectives, goals, and KPIs.
What you will bring
A desire to grow your career along with the following experience and knowledge:
Extensive operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry, with familiarity in TPM, 5S, Lean, Six Sigma tools and concepts.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills within a team environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team-building abilities.
An engineering background with solid financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
