About Our Client

My client is a fast growing disruptor brand in the consumer goods space, with HQ in London.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Analyse market trends and customer insights to create targeted campaigns.
  • Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, seasonal events, and sales initiatives.
  • Work with design teams to create compelling visuals and messaging for retail displays and digital platforms (e.g., FSDU's, POPD, etc.).
  • Identify and build strategic partnerships with other brands, influencers, and retailers to create cross-promotional opportunities.
  • Foster long-term relationships with retail partners to maintain continuous growth and mutual benefits.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution of retail marketing campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
  • Utilise both digital and traditional marketing tools, including social media, email, and in-store experiences.
  • Report on the ROI of campaigns and partnerships and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Leverage insights to optimize future marketing and partnership strategies.

The Successful Applicant

  • Knowledge of retail marketing strategies and campaigns (e.g., promotions, product placement and in-store marketing campaigns).
  • Ability to plan and execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Experience and relationships with big retailers, including Sainsbury's, Holland & Barrett, Ocado, etc.
  • Experience working in global markets is preferred.
  • Understanding of retail analytics and sales platforms or POS systems.
