Creative Instrumentation - Production Operative

Creative Instrumentation is recruiting a Production Operative to join our Assembly team. We have a strong, long-term order book and are looking to increase our permanent staff as the business expands.

We operate across various sectors including Aerospace, Medical, Oil & Gas, and Defence, serving as a sub-contractor for some of the world's leading companies in their fields.

The primary focus of the Production Operative role is building units for the medical industry.

The build process is varied, involving both medical and electrical assembly work.

Ideal candidates will have some experience in a hands-on production assembly role, work well as part of a team, and possess excellent attention to detail.

You should be able to understand and interpret drawings and manufacturing procedures, and work collaboratively with others.

The role is based in East Worthing.

Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM.

Note: Christmas shutdown period.
