Job Description:

Being a Support Worker with Bluebird Care NE Lincolnshire and W Lindsey means you will be part of a well-established company that has provided high-quality care for over 10 years in Lincolnshire. We provide our services to any adult over the age of 18, ranging from companionship care through to personal care, mental health support and even complex care.

We are looking for individuals who deliver high-quality care and will work to our values and standards. We offer full time or part time positions, and provide our services within the hours of 06:45 - 22:00. Availability to work alternate weekends is a requirement of the role. This role can be challenging, but it is definitely rewarding.

Your dedication to the role will not go unnoticed, and we aim to provide a career progression environment for our staff. In our family-led company, we believe in enhancing the skills of our employees, especially with our registered nurse who supports and trains our Support Workers with clinical care and numerous pieces of training that you can take part in.

Requirements for the role:

  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required
  • To be an honest, empathetic, hardworking and trustworthy individual
  • Have the right to work within the UK
  • Have an excellent level of English, both spoken and written
  • Experience is welcome; however not essential as full training is provided
  • Working alternate weekends as a part of your working pattern
  • A competitive salary of £13.00 per hour.
