Full Time/Part Time Opportunities (minimum 3 days), Monday to Friday
We are seeking registered Pharmacists to join Pharmacotherapy teams across Aberdeenshire. The successful candidates will be part of a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, focusing on the Pharmacotherapy service and promoting quality, cost-effective prescribing of medicines.
The role involves supporting GP practices and community hospitals, managing all aspects of medicines management in accordance with local and national guidelines.
Applicants may have backgrounds in community or hospital pharmacy. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential. Experience in Primary Care, medicines management, and audit is advantageous.
Independent Prescriber training support will be provided if not already achieved.
Postholders will work across a broad area, involving onsite work in GP practices and remote work from an agreed base. Specific bases and areas will be discussed at interview. A full driving licence is essential.
