Description

This is a varied generalist HR role as part of a small and busy HR team. Based from their site near Manchester Airport, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities both in support of HR peers and the wider business.

The role will see you:

  • Dealing with HR Administration (reference checks, issuing contracts, coordinating diaries, and dealing with HR Systems and Data).
  • Supporting with 1st tier HR enquiries, escalating issues as required to HR and Payroll colleagues.
  • Involved with ER issues and recruitment campaigns.
  • Working on various HR projects in support of the HR Business Partner.

Administration experience in an HR environment is essential, as are excellent communication skills and attention to detail. You will need to show some experience of supporting on ER issues (e.g., notetaking and conducting investigations).

As part of a small HR team (rather than a HR Shared Service), this role offers you plenty of variety and challenge dealing with generalist HR issues and will continue to develop your HR skills, experience, and career.

Salary: c£28000 + benefits

There will be limited scope for home working and some occasional travel across the country to other sites. You will need a full driving license.
