Their continued growth and expansion in Europe is creating an exciting and challenging leadership role that will allow you to significantly influence the growth and success of the German (and European) business. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team you will help to deliver outstanding trials to help bring innovative medical treatments to patients.

The Vice President Operations will be responsible for managing the overall business and clinical operations across all sites under their responsibility.

As Vice President Operations, you will work closely with Site Directors, whom you will mentor and train, to meet all operating budgets and ensure trials are run efficiently, to the highest quality, whilst ensuring patient safety and welfare, whilst also focusing on business growth opportunities and increasing profitability for the region.

As Vice President Operations, you will support the company in the execution of the short- and long-term vision, plans and directives by implementing judgement, vision, management, and leadership in line with the company’s mission and core values.
