Job Description:

As a Technical Implementation Consultant, you will manage the delivery and support of bespoke audio branding services on client telephony systems, ensuring a top-tier client experience. Working with Account Managers, you'll understand client needs and determine the best strategies for uploading our productions.

Your work will involve managing projects via CRM systems, coordinating with external and internal teams, and scheduling remote and on-site engineering works. You will need strong organizational skills, technical aptitude, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating technical implementation with subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams
  • Remotely configuring client telephone systems and uploading audio files
  • Scheduling engineering works and managing project updates in CRM
Qualifications:
