Job Title: Financial Institutions Group (FIG) Analyst

Location: London, United Kingdom

We provide a full range of investment banking services, including public and private equity and debt financing, M&A advice, and private investment services for corporate and institutional clients.

Corporate Finance is organized through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry-focused teams.

You will join Investment Banking Coverage as an Analyst, demonstrating initiative, integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your responsibilities
  • Assist in origination and execution of M&A, Leverage Finance, and ECM transactions with Financial Institutions clients
  • Support the FIG team in coverage of key accounts
  • Conduct sector and company research, financial modeling, valuation, and credit analysis
  • Communicate with team members and senior bankers during projects
  • Use sector knowledge to prepare materials for FIG clients and support Country and Product bankers
