Job description

iPeople SC Solutions is currently recruiting Nursery Assistants to work for our client based in the North London Haringey area.

The successful candidate will play a part in helping to inspire children within the nursery setting, exemplifying good practice and being a role model for others.

The successful postholder will ensure that children are safe, cared for and educated to the highest standard at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Planning and supervising fun and educational activities
  • Managing a daily schedule that includes activities, toilet breaks, lunch and rest time
  • Observing children and taking notes of any problematic behaviour
  • Feeding and changing babies
  • Communicating with parents and staff members
  • Ensuring the safety of children
  • Helping children learn numeracy and language through daily activities

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of the EYFS
  • Motivated individual who will be passionate about delivering an exceptional standard of care and thrive in a team environment.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service

Working Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday – Friday
