Job Description:

Lawfront provides legal services to individuals and businesses through leading regional law firms - Farleys, Fisher Jones Greenwood, Brachers, Slater Heelis, and Nelsons.

We are currently experiencing a period of positive change and growth, including the group-wide implementation of ShareDo as our new case management system. We are seeking a skilled Senior ShareDo Workflow Developer to join our team.

In this role, you will implement and customize the ShareDo platform alongside other SaaS solutions. You'll collaborate with our product and business teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our implementations.

You will also work with junior developers, providing mentorship and helping them grow their technical skills and platform knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Knowledge: Build strong working knowledge of the ShareDo platform and related SaaS solutions; apply platform capabilities to solve business problems; stay updated with platform updates and features.
• Configuration and Customisation: Configure work types, workflows, and forms; modify fields, layouts, and business rules; implement automation to improve efficiency.
• Extension and Integration: Use platform APIs to integrate with external systems; build reliable connections between ShareDo and client systems.
• Technical Contributions: Take ownership of development tasks; provide technical input; support junior team members; troubleshoot issues; implement improvements for performance and user experience; optimize code.
• Best Practices: Follow software development best practices; contribute to process improvements; document solutions and share knowledge.
• Agile Teamwork: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives; collaborate with product owners and analysts; deliver reliable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience with ShareDo platform development and customization
• Understanding of REST APIs and integration concepts
• Knowledge of workflow concepts and process automation
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Professional Experience:

• Approximately 4+ years in software development, especially with workflow or business process platforms
• Experience working in development teams
• Successful platform implementations for clients
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
