Job Summary

We are recruiting a Process Specialist for the Commercial Enablement department, based in the UK or Europe. Responsibilities include:

1. Assisting with commercial process optimization and documentation for technology implementation across processes, sites, or teams.
2. Collaborating with a Strategic Process Specialist or Process Lead on product roadmaps and supporting strategic vision.
3. Understanding global processes, documenting dependencies, impacts, and risks, and developing strategic partnerships across teams.
4. Ensuring business value and user feedback translate into accurate processes and technology deliverables.
5. Documenting specific business KPIs related to your focus area.

Job Qualifications

Minimum requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in business analytics, CRO experience or similar
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams in tech, design, and business
• Knowledge of emerging digital technologies such as Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SharePoint, etc.
