We’re hiring for Support Workers in Worle Community and Centre Based services

Would you like a job that offers variety every day and makes a difference in people's lives?

In Worle, we support around 20 people daily with sessions both within the building and outside, such as at our allotments and in the community.

We also provide community and enabling support for young adults and children, ensuring access to facilities and activities, with varied shift patterns including evenings and weekends.

Your skills and life experience could be a great match for our support worker role. All you need is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a can-do attitude, and a desire to help someone live a full life!

The support you provide will be tailored to each person's values, preferences, and needs, which may include developing daily living skills, accessing the wider community, personal care, and medication needs.

A full clean UK manual driving licence and access to a car are essential for this role.
