This role involves working during matchdays at a fast-paced, innovative catering facility, leading a small team at a public kiosk bar in the matchday retail sector.

Package Description

  • £12.75 Per Hour

Main Responsibilities

  • Welcoming retail customers, ensuring till orders are correct, serving food/beverages promptly, handling complaints, and liaising with the retail stand manager regarding matchday operations.
  • Focusing on customer satisfaction and delivering excellent service.
  • Answering questions and making suggestions about food and beverage options.
  • Leading a small team, organizing staff roles, managing customer queues, and completing paperwork.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead a small team.
  • Ability to drive sales and meet customer expectations.
  • Experience dealing with customers and spectators.
