Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Looked After Children

Location: Sefton

Working Hours: Hybrid

Rate: £40 per hour

Liquid Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy team in Sefton, based within the Looked After Children team.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with children and families to achieve desired outcomes
  • Discharge care orders
  • Attend and participate in strategy meetings
  • Conduct Looked After Children reviews
  • Complete care plans and Child Permanence Reports (CPR)
  • Complete pathway plans and conduct assessments
  • Engage in multi-agency work with partner agencies

Qualifications and Experiences:
