Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with area managers and senior operational leaders (Head of Ops, Ops Director), across a national remit
Support the operational teams with key initiatives, such as new site openings, recruitment, succession planning, talent development programs, and recognition initiatives
Provide expert advice on employee relations (ER) matters and risk management for various projects
Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team, offering strategic HR guidance to enhance the overall business performance
Manage multiple sites, ensuring HR strategies are tailored and effective across different locations
The Successful Applicant
What We're Looking For:
Proven HR business partnering experience in a retail operations or multi-site environment
Ability to hit the ground running and provide impactful support from day one
Strong experience in supporting large-scale projects, talent management, and operational change
Ability to work onsite 2-3 days a week, with some travel involved
Immediate availability to start within the next week
Leisure, hospitality or similar sector experience.
