THE ROLE
We are growing rapidly across the UK, US, and Europe – and are looking for a creative and strategic Head of Brand to help elevate our story, strengthen our identity, and lead standout brand campaigns across regions.
As Head of Brand, you will take the lead on all brand marketing activity in the UK and play a key supporting role in launching and growing Ancient + Brave in the US and European markets.
You’ll be responsible for translating our brand positioning into compelling, strategic marketing plans — bringing new products to life, driving awareness, and strengthening loyalty through content, campaigns, and creative storytelling. You’ll also lead our brand and product marketing calendar and oversee execution across paid media, organic social, content, and email.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is a unique opportunity to shape a bold, purpose-driven brand at an exciting stage of international growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Office you will:
+ UK Brand Lead: Own the UK marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, product launches, brand activations, and content – ensuring we build equity, drive awareness, and deepen customer connection.
+ Global Brand Support: Partner closely with the Head of Marketing in the US and European teams to support international brand campaigns and ensure global brand consistency.
+ Campaign & Launch Leadership: Lead the annual and quarterly marketing calendar – aligning cross-functional teams on timings, deliverables, and execution for all product and brand moments.
+ Content Oversight: Oversee the development of multi-channel content, ensuring brand storytelling is strong, aligned to positioning, and relevant to each stage of the customer journey.
+ Performance Collaboration: Work closely with the digital and paid media teams to align brand goals with performance marketing strategies – across paid social, search, and influencer.
+ Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a growing team of brand creatives, copywriters, freelancers and agencies – ensuring output is high-quality and brand-aligned.
+ Brand Guardian: Ensure consistent application of tone of voice, messaging, visual identity and values across all touchpoints, internally and externally.
WHO YOU ARE
+ Proven track record in successfully growing and scaling brands in relevant international markets within wellness, lifestyle, or beauty.
+ Proven experience in developing and executing successful brand campaigns and product launches.
+ Deep understanding of content creation, social media (paid and organic), email, and digital marketing fundamentals.
+ Excellent project management and leadership skills — confident leading calendars, workflows, and teams.
+ A creative thinker with a sharp eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and emerging trends.
