NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde is one of the largest healthcare systems in the UK, employing around 40,000 staff across various clinical and non-clinical roles. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior leader to head the Greater Glasgow and Clyde Healthcare Charity. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the charity’s strategy, policies, and procedures, and managing a broad portfolio of funding programs. This role involves overseeing fund governance and building strong relationships with trustees, the Healthcare Charity Committee, and fundholders. The role reports to the Assistant Director of Finance and is based at Caledonia House, Cardonald Park.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a charity strategy aligned with trustees’ guidance, engaging effectively with the Board of Trustees and the Healthcare Charity Committee.
