£50,000 to £60,000 + 35 Hours per week + 8am to 4pm + Holiday + Pension + Benefits

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the strategic and operational management of a large and varied estate. You will lead a multidisciplinary estates team and oversee all aspects of facilities management including maintenance, capital projects, compliance, health & safety, and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in facilities or estates management, ideally within a school, university, or similar setting. You will hold a recognised health & safety qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH, and have strong leadership and budget management skills.

The Role:
* Strategic and day-to-day management of a historic School Estate
* Oversight of maintenance, projects, compliance, and sustainability
* Leadership of a multidisciplinary team of caretaking, maintenance, and cleaning staff
* Full-time, site-based role
The Person:
* Background in estates/facilities/site management, ideally in an educational or similar environment
* Strong knowledge of health & safety, compliance, and project management
* Holds IOSH, NEBOSH or similar qualification
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
