An established industry player is seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join their friendly team in Reading. This part-time role involves managing the employee lifecycle, supporting HR initiatives, and acting as the first point of contact for HR queries. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory roles, along with a CIPD Level 5 qualification. Our client based in Reading are seeking an experienced and hard working HR Advisor to come and join their team on a temporary basis. You will be joining a small and friendly HR department who support circa of 60 employees. In this position you will be working closely the HR Manager providing support across a number of duties as well as updating records and actioning any HR queries.
This position is part time, working 3 days a week, fully office based.
Your responsibilities will include, however are not limited to:
The successful candidate ideally must have around 3 - 5 years of experience within an Advisory and Generalist HR position along with a CIPD level 5 qualification. You must have confident communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team environment. Previous experience working on ER cases in essential as well as good knowledge of HR systems.

Hourly rate: 20.52 per hour
Working Days: Wednesday - Friday
Working Hours: Wednesday - Thursday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 9:00 am - 4:30 pm
Location: Reading - Fully Office Based
