Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Are you experienced in a Warehouse environment and capable of operating a Forklift Truck? Are you interested in training to gain your Telehandler Licence?

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our Delivery Team at the Sawtry Branch on a fixed-term basis of 12 months.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage stock control, including physical inventory checks and security
• Load and unload deliveries using forklift and Telehandler trucks; training provided if needed
• Collate and pick build stock
• Dismantle and recycle bus shelter stock
• Manage foliage around depot boundary
• Maintain depot and yard organization and tidiness
• Conduct Health and Safety audits
• Manage recycling and waste
• Organize work to optimize time and resources
• Communicate relevant information about structures or products
• Adhere to company procedures, specifications, and systems
• Follow all Health and Safety requirements and report issues

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a similar role and environment
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
• Manual handling capability
• Forklift driving experience
• Telehandler Licence (training available)
• Outdoor work experience
• Basic IT skills
