Are you an experienced Paraplanner looking for that next step in your career?
If so, then we are supporting a highly successful Chartered Financial Planning firm in the hire of a Paraplanner to join their vibrant team. You will be working in a client-focused environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities for growth.
Salary: up to £45,000 (Depending on experience)
Location: Crawley
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday - Friday, between 8am to 5.30pm) Hybrid working policy from month 3 of employment

What will your working be like?
You will be responsible for delivering the financial planning proposition alongside the Financial Planners and Client Support Administrators. You'll also need to understand and add value when it comes to their client's needs - looking at continuous improvement and innovation.
Do you have the essential skills & attributes?
You will be expected to have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with high net-worth UK resident private clients and delivering financial planning and investment management services.
You must demonstrate an understanding of the financial planning process, have excellent technical knowledge of personal finance and investment management issues, and possess a strong awareness of the regulatory framework and its application to an independent advisory firm, which is also essential. You should be qualified to Diploma level 4 and able to demonstrate practical application of technical knowledge and a history of continuous professional development.
