Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading distributor of Racking & Storage products that is looking to onboard a Project Manager to effectively manage their projects across the UK. With a competitive basic salary and a number of other benefits, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual with a strong understanding of the Racking & Storage industry.

Responsibilities

1. Managing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for racking and storage products.
2. Working closely with customers throughout the project’s timeline and managing their expectations.
3. Visiting sites regularly to liaise with site managers and working closely with the installers.
4. Ensuring that all equipment, plant, and labor are on site when required and are coordinated effectively.
5. Working closely with the Head of Projects and the sales team to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

The company is ideally looking for an individual with experience managing high-value projects within the Racking & Storage industry. You will also need to have run multiple high-value projects simultaneously.

Due to the requirements of the role, you must hold a full UK driver’s license as you will be expected to travel to customer sites several times per week. You can be based anywhere in the UK, but there will be a requirement to travel nationally and visit the company’s office in the West Midlands when required.
