Salary: From £27,149.16 up to £40,327.04 OTE depending on experience

As a Personal Trainer at our Croydon Central club, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether you’ve been training for a while or just recently qualified, it’s important that you have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). You should be a natural communicator, great at listening, understanding, and explaining things.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle
• Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations confidently
• Conduct high-quality inductions, Personal Best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties

• Explore opportunities to progress into Wellbeing Lead and management roles
• Receive further training through the in-house Personal Best program, upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, along with additional CPD opportunities
