Job description

To provide a comprehensive group accounting corporate financial reporting service for one of the biggest G15 Housing Associations in London.

Client Details

The organisation is one of the biggest G15 Housing Associations in London providing great homes, housing services and making a positive impact in communities. They are well established and respected within their industry and are renowned for their dedication to their mission and values.

Description

  • Assist in the production of monthly, quarterly financial reporting, statutory requirements and other Group balances
  • Responsible for accurate identification and recording of intra-group transactions
  • Assist in the production of the annual financial statements for the Group and its subsidiaries
  • Assist in the production of consolidated Group forecast quarterly across all activities
  • Provide analysis against budget for the consolidated position throughout the year
  • Assist in the production of income and expenditure, balance sheet and cashflow notes with supporting schedules
  • Work collaboratively with finance colleagues, internal and external customers and budget holders across the Group

Profile

A successful Group Accountant should have:

  • CCAB qualified
  • Experienced in producing and consolidating group accounts
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer

  • An estimated salary range of GBP 55,000 to GBP 60,000.
