Location: Newcastle De Cuba - Salaried

Salary: £32,000+ OTE

We are looking for a talented and ambitious Assistant Manager to join our Cuban familia. As an Assistant Manager of this vibrant bar, you will support the General Manager in managing the business, overseeing the bar team during late-night sessions, and supporting the restaurant team with bottomless brunches and afternoon teas. You will be responsible for all front-of-house operations, working closely with management, kitchen, sales, and front-of-house teams to motivate and inspire your team. Experience in a busy hospitality environment and a passion for a fun workplace are essential.
