Surveyor/Senior Surveyor – Valuation – Up to £42k + Car Allowance – Sheffield/Leeds

A market leading Real Estate consultancy are seeking a talented surveyor to contribute to the growth of their Valuation and Advisory team in Sheffield. This role involves carrying out valuation services across a variety of commercial and residential assets for major clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Providing valuation services across commercial assets on behalf of key clients
2. Carrying out due diligence enquiries
3. Preparing and presenting reports
4. Responsible for own portfolio of clients and their assets
5. Liaising with internal investment department
6. Managing existing client relationships on a day-to-day basis
7. Utilise valuation software (e.g., Argus/KEL) and leverage technology to enhance performance and efficiency
8. Build own network within and outside of the Valuation Business Line
9. Identify new business opportunities outside own discipline and pass on

Skills Required:

1. MRICS certified and proficient in conducting standard RICS Red Book valuations
2. Post qualification experience across commercial or mixed-use assets
3. Demonstrable record within valuation working for a leading consultancy or boutique firm
4. Working knowledge of Argus/KEL or other valuation software
5. Microsoft package proficient
6. Clean driving licence
