Role Overview

The Counter Manager is responsible for achieving retail objectives by leading and motivating the team, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
  1. Management: Lead Brow and Beauty Experts, delegate roles, motivate staff, meet sales targets, and uphold high customer service standards.
  2. Sales Goals: Achieve counter and service sales targets through customer engagement, product demonstrations, beauty/brow services, and booking appointments.
  3. Brow Services: Perform waxing, tinting, and tweezing; full training provided to become a Brow Expert.
  4. Teamwork: Conduct daily meetings, communicate effectively, recognize positive work, and motivate the team to meet targets.
  5. Promotion & Events: Create in-store and external events, including product launches and charity events, to build business.
  6. Stock & Administration: Maintain stock levels, complete administrative tasks, and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  7. Staff Scheduling: Prepare fair staff rotas monthly.
Qualifications

Availability to work weekends, late nights, and bank holidays is required. We value diversity and encourage authentic self-expression.
