Breakfast Assistant - Edinburgh

We are looking for an authentic and driven Breakfast Team Member to join us at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel and embrace their unique, best self to provide our guests with heartfelt human connections!

We are looking for a Breakfast Assistant to join us on 20-hour per week, fixed-term contract until the end of September!

You will earn 12.60 per hour, equal to 13,104.00 salary.

What do you need to be a Breakfast Team Member?

Your main duties include greeting guests warmly, seating them, explaining breakfast options, taking hot drink orders, and maintaining cleanliness at the breakfast station. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure excellent service and improve our breakfast scores. We are looking for someone who:

• Is available to work 20 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 5:30 am, including weekends.
• Has experience as a waiter/waitress or server, ideally in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Has an eye for detail to meet Kimpton standards.
• Is driven to achieve results and provide personal, heartfelt service.
• Possesses a warm, authentic personality, a positive attitude, and a commitment to service.
