We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading passive fire protection specialist who delivers high-quality fire safety solutions across the UK. Due to continued growth, they’re seeking an experienced Passive Fire Site Manager to oversee fire door and fire stopping projects across various sectors. Based in the Midlands with travel to sites nationwide, this is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking business at the forefront of fire safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage fire door installation and fire stopping works on live projects
2. Lead site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of delivery
3. Oversee all site activity including inductions, toolbox talks, and H&S compliance
4. Ensure works are completed in line with BM TRADA, FIRAS, or other third-party certification standards
5. Coordinate with project managers, client reps, and suppliers
6. Complete RAMS, progress reports, and handover documentation

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven site management experience in passive fire protection
• Strong background in fire door installation
• Fire stopping knowledge
• Ability to lead teams across multiple sites and maintain quality assurance
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS or SSSTS
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience with third-party certification schemes (e.g., BM TRADA, FIRAS)
