SPAR Hutton Way - Retail Assistant

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 15 hours per week

Location: SPAR Hutton Way, Carlisle, CA2 7TH

We own and operate over 160 SPAR stores across the north of England through G&E Murgatroyd, providing a modern and convenient shopping experience.

More About the Role

As a Retail Assistant, you'll deliver excellent customer service, work with a great team, and have access to development opportunities through apprenticeships and in-house training.

Responsibilities include:
  • Maximising sales through excellent customer service
  • Controlling costs and waste
  • Operating tills and handling cash
  • Managing stock levels and replenishment
  • Maintaining store security according to company procedures
