Job Overview:

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to sell targeted advertising solutions to businesses in the KBB industry. You will play a key role in developing new business, maintaining client relationships, and promoting the benefits of advertising with KBB Recruitment. With uncapped commission and a fantastic team environment, this is a role for someone who is eager to succeed and grow.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sell tailored advertising packages to businesses in the KBB industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service.
  3. Identify and target new business opportunities within the KBB sector.
  4. Conduct proactive outreach via phone to prospective clients.
  5. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide the best advertising solutions.
  6. Negotiate deals and close sales, achieving and exceeding set targets.
  7. Provide regular updates on sales progress and forecasts to the team.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive excellent service and support.
  9. Stay up to date with industry trends to effectively position KBB Recruitment's advertising solutions.
Key Requirements:
  1. Previous experience in sales, ideally within advertising, recruitment, or a similar field (experience in the KBB industry is a bonus, but not required).
  2. Strong telephone manner - comfortable picking up the phone and engaging with clients.
  3. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  4. Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
  5. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  6. A positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
  7. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  8. Based in or near Higham Ferrers, Northamptonshire.
