Job Role: Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

To deliver customers’ products to the required premises, ensuring all customers receive exceptional service as part of a multi-drop delivery route. The driver will ensure that all products are transported safely by van to the customers’ premises, treating their freight as if it were their own.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proven track record of driving 3.5t vehicles safely and legally, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
2. Deliver goods to customers’ premises, ensuring deliveries are made within Customer Service Level Agreements.
3. Possess good geographical knowledge and the ability to navigate using maps while gaining local knowledge.
4. Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to build rapport with customers.
5. Solve customer problems at the point of delivery.
